• Continuous Stringers: Unbroken hardwood or treated softwood beams, typically 40mm x 100mm or larger, running the entire pallet length. No joints. No weak points. Just solid, uninterrupted timber.
• Top Deck Boards: Thick, carefully spaced boards (15mm to 25mm depending on load requirements) nailed securely to each stringer.
• Bottom Deck Boards: Optional. Stringer pallets can be configured as single-face (no bottom deck) for lightweight applications or double-face for added rigidity.
• Notched Stringer Option: For operations requiring forklift access from all four sides, we offer notched stringer pallets with cutouts that allow pallet jack entry from the sides.
